Because we extract most of the water, carpet and upholstery are left only slightly damp. Most homes are back to normal within a few hours — it depends on airflow, the day's humidity and the fiber type. Opening windows or running the A/C or a fan helps.

An area is a room or carpeted space up to 200 square feet (about 14×14 ft). An open living/dining combo or an oversized room may count as 2 areas. Hallways, stairs and area rugs are added separately.

It's an estimate based on what you select. When we arrive, we walk through the job with you and confirm the price before we start. If anything is different (extra areas, special stains), we tell you first and you decide.

Just a spot to park the truck close to your door so the hoses can reach. If you live on an upper floor or there's no nearby parking, let us know in the booking notes.

Most everyday stains — food, drinks, mud, foot traffic — come out or lighten significantly. Some permanent stains (dye, bleach, burns, very old urine) may not come out completely; we'll be upfront before charging for a special treatment.

Please pick up small items, toys and breakables from the floor. We move light furniture ourselves; beds, dressers, pianos and very heavy pieces are cleaned around.

Yes. Our pet urine and odor treatment uses a product made specifically for pet urine. Add it when you book and tell us which spots are affected.

After cleaning the grout we apply a clear sealer that helps protect it from spills and dirt, so it stays clean longer. It's optional but highly recommended for kitchens, bathrooms and entryways.
