These Terms apply to the services provided by Pacho's Clean and to the use of this website. By requesting or booking a service you accept them.
Prices shown on this website and the online estimate are for reference only. The final price is confirmed before the work starts and may change if the size, condition or type of the items or areas is different from what was described in the request.
Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when we contact you and agree on the date, arrival window and price.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Any specific cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be explained to you when we confirm your appointment.
Please give us safe access to the areas to be serviced and to a place to park our equipment, and let us know in advance about pets, fragile items, pre-existing damage or special materials.
We work to deliver the best possible result, but some stains, odors or damage may not be completely removable because of their age, origin or the material. We will tell you before starting when we expect a limitation.
Payment is due as agreed when the appointment is confirmed.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Please report any concern within 48 hours after the service so we can review it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. We may update them; the version posted on this page applies to new requests.
